A personal exploration of the intense influence that my childhood memories and play in a greasy industrial site has had on my creative expression.
Inspired by the memories and emotions of being surrounded by fuel injection pumps and car parts, metals, smell of gas and freshly poured tarmac, this project delves into the intersection of art, nostalgia, and architecture to produce captivating visual narratives.
Childhood experiences often leave permanent imprints on an individual's creative journey. For myself, the industrial site was a playground of exploration, curiosity, and boundless imagination.
The raw beauty of structures taking shape, the interplay of nature and factory, and the ever-changing landscape became a source of endless fascination. Years later, these memories resurface as powerful inspiration, sparking the birth of a new artistic expression - photosculptures.
